Distance Contract:
A purchase made through our website without physical interaction.

5. Order Process

Orders are confirmed after full payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email after checkout.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Little Paws reserves the right to cancel orders due to fraud suspicion, pricing errors, incorrect product information, or stock availability issues.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after placing the order.

An order can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within the cancellation period stated above.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the customer may follow the return process after receiving the item, where applicable.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition

  • Items must not be damaged, washed, or altered

  • Hygiene-related pet products must remain unused and sealed where applicable

For health and hygiene reasons, used pet accessories may not be eligible for return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by chewing, biting, scratching, or rough pet use

  • Damage caused by water, heat, or improper cleaning

  • Damage caused by incorrect sizing or excessive force

  • Damage caused by sharp objects or improper storage

Delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on the destination, customs process, and logistics conditions.

Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect address details, or high order volumes.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

If an order is confirmed lost or undeliverable due to carrier issues, Little Paws may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
